Embroidery

Embroidery is the art of stitching thread into a product such as fleece, shirts, jackets, caps, hats, bath robes, towels, blankets and more. Embroidery gives a professional, classy look and ads a great touch to polos and caps.

For a logo to be embroidered it must be 'digitized'. Digitizing is the action of converting a graphic design into computerized instructions which tell an embroidery machine how to sew a design. The quality of the digitized design greatly effects the quality of finished embroidered product.

Every cost in embroidery is associated with the number of stitches. For example, if you have a large area to be embroidered it may take 15,000 stitches, while the average logo on a polo is around 6,000 - 8,000 stitches depending on the complexity of the logo.
